AMOL DICALITE LIMITED was established in the year 1979 to produce, for the first time in India, Perlite Filteraids and Perlite products under the technical and financial collaboration with an American company Grefco, Inc. USA, pioneers and world leaders of Perlite products.
The company started commercial production in the year 1982. The Company’s Corporate Office is at Ahmedabad and the Plant is located at Kadi in Mehsana District, 50 kms., north of Ahmedabad.
The company makes steady progress in developing import substitution products in Filteraids and has successfully met the requirements of majority of users. From a small beginning of 600 M.Tons per annum.
We have reached about 5,000 M.Tons and developed many new applications. During this time the company's performance improved consistently.
We have now reached the goal of producing about 10,000 M.Tons and developed many new applications. During this time the company's performance improved consistently and is a profitable organization.
Our Company's name has been changed from Amol Dicalite Ltd to Amol Minechem Ltd. This change has been attributed to ceastion of our promoter Grefco Inc, USA.
